I have been on cloud nine about sleep since January of this year! Yes! I’ve been so happy! I have not worked a night shift since December 2018 and i feel so much better. I didn’t think I was a morning person, and, oh was I wrong. Mornings are my favourite time of day now. If I get up at 5 am I’m happy and the whole day goes so much better. When I accomplish that one detail, the waking up part, it sets the tone for the rest of the day which is a positive one.
